Training and Placement Cell
SHREE has a well equipped Training and Placement Cell. The training and placement department maintains close relationship with the industry in order to assess the ever changing industry requirements. The cell organizes various training activities such as guest lectures, workshops, industrial visits, projects, business aptitude, group discussions and mock interviews etc. The college also has an affiliation with JKC (A division of Institute for Electronic Governance, A.P. State govt.)
Facilities for Recruiters

SHREE provides all the necessary facilities to recruiters for their placement drives at the campus.

• Spacious Seminar Halls to conduct Pre-Placement talks and written Tests
• Group Discussion Rooms and Personal Interview Chambers
• Student Volunteers for all possible arrangements during the campus drives
• Arrangements for logistics
• Stationery and Photocopying facilities
• Arrangements for pool drives

Placement Procedure

• Invitations are sent to companies for being a part of SHREE placement process.
• On obtaining the organization’s intention and job notification, the same is conveyed to the students.
• The Job Notification includes the details such as Pay package offered, job profile, eligibility criteria, expected DOJ, etc.
• When the dates for campus recruitment are confirmed by the T&P department, the information is conveyed to all the eligible students.
• Resumes of all the applicants are made available to the companies.
• The company visits the campus on the mutually agreed date and conducts the necessary tests/GDs/interviews as part of the selection procedure
• After completion of the selection procedure the company is expected to furnish the final list of selected candidates on the day of recruitment itself.
